Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has made a lasting impression in the film industry. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas where she pursued a physical therapy career within the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in independent local films, as well as worldwide commercials. Despite her small roles, she soon discovered her love in acting. Then she moved in New York in 2001 and landed her very first acting job on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. During the early part of the 2000s, she appeared in small roles on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she was cast in her first series part in The Mountain The Mountain, which was a television show that lasted only a few episodes. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred alongside a number of the famous TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared for 85 episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. The character she played has earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. She won the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring actor on CSI Miami. She was Marisol Deko and was also the wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. After just two episodes, the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger sister is Cory who is Italian from a family of Italian origin. Milano was raised in an orthodox, religious family. Milano's career began at age seven, after her child's sitter brought her to an audition. Her audition was among over 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen as one of just four girls. Milano performed in television advertisements as well as off Broadway shows, including the first American musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
